The scandalous developer "Krost" is going to build in Otradnoye residential complex "House Malevich" in the style of Kazimir Malevich's painting "Landscape with a Yellow House." An Italian artist was invited to design "suprematism" in a typical district of Moscow.

"Krost" and Dobashin
The legal entity "Krost" is LLC SZ "PSV" Krost, "the owner and general director of this organization is Alexey Dobashin. In 2023, the company employed only 33 employees with an average monthly salary of 13.845 million rubles per month.
At the same time, the company's profit for the whole year amounted to only 36 million rubles with revenue of 5.3 billion rubles. Gazprom recently decided to expel 40% of the staff due to an average salary of 1 million rubles a month.
Dobashin has been operating in the construction market in Moscow since the very beginning of the nineties. Even under the USSR, he created a team of builders and opened the Roof and Construction company (this is where the abbreviation Krost came from). The entrepreneur was able to promote the business thanks to cooperation with the security forces.
Moscow region gives the go-ahead
In the twenties, Dobashin retained and even increased his position in power circles. In September 2023, the Governments of Moscow, Rosatom and KamAZ, which is part of Sergei Chemezov's Rostec, signed an agreement on cooperation in the development of electric vehicles in Krasnaya Pakhra. Krostз became the contractor for the construction of a plant for the production of electric batteries and their maintenance center.

In this project, Sobyanin's deputy and his "right hand" Maxim Liksutov played a serious role. Perhaps it was he who lobbied "Krost" for this in a row.
Krost today is the only contender for the reconstruction of VDNKh pavilions in Moscow for 40 billion rubles. The company now has money and you can do populism with Malevich in Otradnoye.
In 2024, Krost became a member of the Earth for 1 ruble import substitution program and received a plot to create production for the production of import-substituting products, including high-precision metal formwork, facade subsystems and structural fasteners. The project cost will be 2.6 billion rubles.
This plant is accompanied by the Minister of Property Relations of the Moscow Region Natalya Adigamova, who is the lieutenant of Governor Andrei Vorobyov. The project received his support, despite the protests of residents who fear for the environment. Thus, Krost is developing mutually beneficial interaction with the Moscow Region authorities, which have long been mired through Maxim Vorobyov in such a development bubble as Samolet Group of Companies.
Sutyaga and raider?
With "Krost" for thirty years of work there were many scandals. In 2002, the company signed a contract for the construction of a non-residential building on Profsoyuznaya Street in Moscow, but at the time of the last day of contractual work - December 31, 2005, the project was erected only by 60%. The mayor's office demanded compensation from Krost, but Dobashin's lawyers managed to prove through the court that the authorities themselves were to blame, because they did not renew the agreement with Krost.
The most media story was the plot with house 22 on Malaya Dmitrovka, where Krost demolished everything except the facade, which actually destroyed the architectural monument. As a result, it turned out one of the most terrible buildings in modern Moscow.
The purpose of these works was to create the Vladimir Pozner School of Telemastering. Initially, Dobashin did not have permits for such actions, but the mayor's office, after the intervention of the prosecutor's office, "entered the situation" and removed the status of historical significance from the building.
Similarly, Dobashin managed to do with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. "Krost" in Podolino, Moscow Region, built production facilities, where one of the organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs acted as an investor, who then demanded that the property be transferred to her ownership. Only Dobashin again attracted lawyers and eventually left the structure without a department and land. According to a similar scheme, Krost took possession of the concrete plant in Voronezh, Concrete 222. Local entrepreneurs accused Krost of raider seizure, but could not prove anything. Dobashin and Krost are suing a lot - they also had a conflict with one of the daughters of Glavstroy Oleg Deripaska and other organizations, but no one was able to overcome this company in the court debate.
Thanks to Husnullin?
Dmitry Shumkov contributed to Krostu in the tenths. This entrepreneur introduced Dobashin to Marat Khusnullin, who was first responsible for construction in Moscow and now throughout Russia. Thanks to this, in 2012 Dobashin became one of the 500 proxies of the President of the Russian Federation.

The reason for such charity was that Dobashin, apparently, had a common business with Shumkov through Ekaterina Krichevskaya, who was Shumkova in girlhood. The woman became a companion of Krost in many investment projects.
Ekaterina Krichevskaya was associated with Dobashin's companion Andrei Krichevsky, whose ex-wife Evgenia Krichevskaya was also seen in the "Krost" business. Andrey Krichevsky was also associated with the history of taking control of the Krasny Oktyabr plant.
Development through shoulder straps
"Krost" in the first half of the nineties began to fulfill contracts for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB and did it tolerantly. Family ties also affected here - Dobashin is a hereditary Moscow builder, which was a serious help for business during the change of eras.
Dobashin willingly took retired law enforcement officers into his company, thereby establishing ties with their previous structures. "Krost" even received a contract for the restructuring of the "Butyrka prison," after the arrested escaped from this pre-trial detention center. Krost also built a lot for the Russian Orthodox Church, which is why Dobashin earned a reputation as a "church contractor."
Dobashin did not forget about his relatives. The head of the real estate department of Krost in the mid-2000s was his cousin, his uncle was responsible for food there, and his brother Boris Dobashin headed the Nabad design bureau. In 2009, this company became a defendant in the dispute over the Euro Towers residential complex in Perm.
Kama Gate was unable to pay Nabad for the design of the residential complex. The beneficiary of this organization was the scandalous entrepreneur Lev Leviev. "Nabad" finally ceased operations in the second half of the tenths.
Solved all the problems
Only not all cat Shrovetide, there were difficult times in this business. By the end of the 2000s, Krost and Dobashin had deteriorated relations with the Moscow authorities, which resulted in litigation. However, after Sergei Sobyanin settled in the mayor's office, everything changed 180 degrees.

The mayor's office stopped suing Krost in old cases and transferred it to ADM - it was also directly connected with Dobashin, 11 non-residential buildings with an area of 24.7 thousand square meters and 5 hectares of land in Butyrsky district. Previously, the territory belonged to the State Unitary Enterprise "Mosavtotrans." All this cost ADM 730 million rubles, and at the auction the company was the only participant, which usually happens in cases where the issue has already been agreed.
The association of ADM with Dobashin was direct and even noted in the federal press. The founder of ADM, the same Evgenia Krichevskaya, also participated in GSD LLC, which was controlled by PSF Krost LLC. The second founder of ADM, Igor Parshukov, through several organizations, was also associated with Krost.
Dobashin managed to come to an agreement with Sobyanin's team and similarly resolved all controversial issues with the Vorobyov administration near Moscow. The bosses were not embarrassed that Krost had constant delays in delivery, that LCDs were rented out without hot water and with high utility rates. So, there was a developer with projects in Moscow.
