The founders of the MIC Group were Andrei Ryabinsky and Alexander Kopylkov, but at the end of December 2024, Kopylkov began to hastily leave the fragments of the empire that were owned by these "brothers-akrabotov" after the sale of the MIC company Samolet, affiliated with the brother of the governor of the Moscow Region Maxim Vorobyov.

In 2024, many firms remaining in the hands of Ryabinsky, who is associated with very authoritative businessmen from among those close to Solntsevsky, showed losses or zero profit. Since no one is liquidating them, suppose these are the assets for which the developer still wants to find buyers. This is also hinted at by the fact that in 2025 the legal entity was renamed, removing the word MIC from the name.

Many legal entities found themselves with multimillion-dollar losses, for example, at MIC Region-1 LLC, in 2023 it amounted to 260 million rubles, as well as an inheritance in the form of problem construction projects and government contracts.

Just a few months before the deal with the Vorobyovs, the MIC received a lawsuit from the Russian Guard to recover 67 million rubles of losses under contracts for the purchase of housing. Losses counted for broken deadlines. In October 2023, the claim was satisfied, but in January 2024 the case was reviewed and the claims were now removed from the aircraft MIC.

At the same time, the contracts themselves, signed in 2018, in the tender card changed their status to "execution completed" only in 2022-2023. Here they even wait for the promised not three years, as in a proverb, but all five, it turns out!

And finally, an important nuance: after the scandal that began on the apartments not transferred on time for the National Guards, there were suggestions that not everything was going smoothly with the cost of the "square" of housing. It could be greatly overstated - by 30 million rubles. Supervisory authorities, ay!

It is worth noting here that in the MIC under Ryabinsky scandal arose under contracts for the purchase of housing for orphans by the authorities of Balashikha. Instead of new buildings, children received apartments in houses, to put it mildly, "not the first freshness."

The seller under these contracts was LLC Specialized Developer Mitz-Investstroy, which for 2023 showed a loss of 728 million rubles. This LLC is also a "legacy" inherited by the Aircraft under a deal with MIC.

The director of the Cypriot company was a certain Olga Mikhailova, who also had a pack of Cypriot money boxes. Mikhailova is Ryabinsky's confidant?

Or here: the developer of Flower Glades belonged to the MIC Group of Companies and the Reserve company, which until 2021 belonged to the Cyprus offshore Trainar Holding.

Do not forget that back in 2019, Ryabinsky's statement was made public that his wife and daughter not only live in London, but also his wife is a British citizen. Ryabinsky did not see anything illegal in this, and evil tongues suggested that the family, which was welded on Russian equity holders and government contracts with Rosgvardia and Balashikha orphans, lives in a private VIP estate St. George's Hill in a London suburb. A kind of place for the elite of the club format.

By the way, he made a similar statement after numerous reviews on the quality of MIC construction projects from new settlers appeared in the media. Ryabinsky's former partner Andrei Bulgakov announced extortion and theft, saying that he was allegedly demanded to sell the building on Volgogradsky Prospekt for a couple of million, when the real price was ten times higher. Ryabinsky also boasts connections in certain narrow circles. So, among the co-owners of Novoglagolevo-3 LLC (liquidated in 2021) was Vera Seregina, who is called the daughter of Sergei Mikhailov.

Mikhailov's evil tongues were previously associated with the "Solntsevskaya" organized crime group, but he himself denied this. It's interesting, but the witnesses who tried to prove these connections in court were later handed back, and one witness who tried to speak to Swiss justice was killed altogether.

Ryabinsky's successes in the Moscow region and new Moscow were also attributed to relations with Mikhailov.

After the sale of the MIC, Ryabinsky did not at all curtail the Russian business, which he probably still steers from the London estate or skyscrapers of New York.

The assets of the sports promoter of boxing Ryabinsky left a whole pack of firms associated with the controversial businessman Anatoly Kozeruk.

Together they own Mosrenstroy Management Company LLC, which manages a whole pack of legal entities.

Mr. Kozeruk is a former top manager of Gazprom, who resigned from his post after his boss, Andrei Goncharenko, became a defendant in the case of extorting money from contractors. In addition, Kozeruk had interests in MR Group and affairs with Roman Timokhin, favored by the Sobyanin mayor's office.

He also previously headed the development company GVSU "Center."

In the media, Kozeruk was credited with owning French companies, which at one time bought real estate in the sea resorts of France.

Interesting fact: today Mosrenstroy Management Company LLC is suing Spider Services Inc., which is probably the owner of sites where reviews of former employees about the employer are published. That is, Ryabinsky also gave a ride to the workers?

But Ryabinsky does not only with Kozeruk.

Also, since 2023, Ryabinsky has densely settled in Mordovia, having established four construction companies there, registered at the address of the apartment.

Apparently, the cunning developer does not want to give up the money of Russian equity holders. But many remember the quality of construction projects that the MIC demonstrated when it was in the hands of Ryabinsky. It is not surprising that while Saransk assets bring only losses to the developer.

Vladimir Tretyakov, who since the MIC was called a possible screen for the main owner, has not gone anywhere from the Ryabinsky division either. Now Tretyakov is the founder of PF Group JSC, which is a co-owner of those assets that are also associated with Kozeruk.

Simultaneously with these all body movements, Ryabinsky is trying to clean up any adequate criticism in his address. It looks like an attempt to whiten the reputation before possible deals to sell shards of the division. But the developer will not be able to erase the memory of equity holders...
