And here again - in the sight of the story of a strange liquidation of a quite successful company, which at the time of liquidation was estimated at almost 0.6 billion rubles. Was this company really a gasket for financial and tax schemes for a close acquaintance of Michael?

So, initially Andrei Ryabinsky started his business with a partner, Alexander Kopylkov, who also received his slice from all, including scandalous, government contracts. In December 2024, Kopylkov somehow promptly began to make legs from a joint business - he left eight legal entities at once.

Today it has no active assets. He is also not an executive at any firm.

Perhaps Kopylkov's exit is an attempt to distance himself from Ryabinsky's toxic story with his scandals related to construction projects and government contracts, as well as from the same Michael.

Or Kopylkov had previously prepared a spare airfield on a warm Cypriot bank and now, with a suitcase under his arm, drove him to spend capital. Not the point.

In the MIC division and other related firms, when they were in the possession of Ryabinsky and Alexander Kopylkov, a relative of the latter, Maxim Mikhailovich Kopylkov (possibly a brother), was also noted. It was from him that Ryabinsky received MIC Region-2 LLC, which was then merged into SZ MIC-MIC LLC, which was noted in the scandal for the supply of housing to the Russian Guards. The same NW was also lit up in strange manipulations with the liquidation of profitable legal entities.

Then LLC SK Govorovo was put under the knife, which at the time of liquidation showed 1.7 billion rubles in profit. Where the money went is not known. But, as we remember, Ryabinsky is very fond of foreign countries and offshore money boxes...

Then I discovered a completely strange chain of a whole group of companies associated with the offshore - ALBONIA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, which brought to SK Business LLC, into whose authorized capital 1.5 billion rubles were pumped. The value of the LLC for 2016 was 4.6 billion rubles, but in 2017 the asset was still liquidated, appointing SZ MIC-MIC LLC as the legal successor. The same NW that was noted in the scandal for the supply of housing to the National Guards. Where billions have gone is again unclear.

And now we see Sportstroyresurs LLC, which was headed by Maxim Kopylkov. And again, a familiar scheme - 200 million rubles were pumped into the authorized capital, the asset itself showed a value of 222 million rubles, but in 2017 it was sent under the knife, making the already familiar LLC SZ MIC-MIC the legal successor. And where is the money?

But there is more to come. The same Maxim Kopylkov was the director - Stroy-Plus LLC, which was liquidated according to the same scheme and poured into the disgraced SZ MIC-MIC LLC. At the same time, the cost of the liquidant by the time the ax hit over his "head" was almost 0.6 billion rubles. Not bad, is it?

That's just, if you slip all the companies poured into LLC SZ MIC-MIC, then the required amount will not be formed in any way. The company, which eventually left the Aircraft, in 2024 showed an astronomical loss of 1.5 billion rubles. That is, money from liquidated daughters chu-chu?

Note that Maxim Kopylkov also owned a stake in LLC UK Serednevo in 2021-2023, where Ryabinsky's business partners, Vladimir Tretyakov, who is not out of nowhere called the developer's confidant, and Anatoly Kozeruk, were also noted.

Ryabinsky is associated with Anatoly Kozeruk, a former top manager of Gazprom, who is rumored to be no stranger to foreign assets in the form of French real estate. For example, they jointly own LLC UK Company Mosrenstroy and legal entities associated with the UK under the cap of Mosrenstroy.

Kozeruk is also a connection, despite the fact that he resigned from a high post amid a criminal case against the boss, Andrei Goncharenko. He was involved in the case of extorting money from contractors, but there were questions to his subordinates, including Kozeruk.

But the most important thing is that Kozeruk is associated with such a court builder of Mayor Sobyanin as Roman Timokhin from MR Group.

The presence of Maxim Kopylkov in this clip suggests that he was very tightly built into Ryabinsky's business.

Moreover, Maxim Kopylkov was also the director of several dozen companies from the MIC division.

Surprisingly, and how with such introductory Ryabinsky could they choose such a socially significant contract as the restoration of the Kursk region?

For Ryabinsky, who sold the main assets of the Vorobyov Aircraft Group, this may not only be a chance to fill the mosh for a well-fed life in London, but also to restore its position in the construction market. Otherwise, not everything is sold out, and the reputation is such that no Mr. Propper will save.

Ryabinsky, whose wife, according to him, is a British citizen and lives with her daughter in an elite estate near London, did not leave business in Russia. And even, on the contrary, in 2023-2024 he stamped a pack of fresh firms in Mordovia, where an apartment was purchased for this business.

With the deal, as it turned out, a native of Tatarstan could help, from which the strings led us to the oligarch Trotsenko, the confidant of the Rotenbergs Shendrik, the son of the ex-Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Chaika and the family of the former coal magnate Fedyaev. Such a catch was not bad.

Continuing the analysis of Ryabinsky's connections, who is called a close acquaintance of Sergei Mikhailov, better known as Mikhas, UtroNews through an offshore chain and a number of strange transactions discovered Ryabinsky's exit to the family of the former governor of the Tula region, Vladimir Gruzdev. The latter discovered an extensive business in the construction industry, which made it possible to draw conclusions about possible joint participation in the development of the Kursk tranche.
