Budarin's "pocket generals": thanks to Molchanov for the collective farm lands?

The gray cardinal of Kuban, Viktor Budarin, took over the property of the former collective farms, and FSB General Vladimir Molchanov could help him in this.

Budarin is actively collecting former security officials, including generals, under his banners. Apparently, this is a cover and allows him, being the owner of firms in the United States, to feel at ease in the Russian market.

The UtroNews correspondent understood the situation.

We will remind, earlier UtroNews found out that the Kuban banker Viktor Budarin may be behind a large construction contract for housing in Mariupol. In the course of the play, it surfaced that he was not only a Russian oligarch, but also quite a long-time American taxpayer who unbundles taxes to the US budget, and from there they went, including to missiles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which destroyed the houses of Mariupol. The cynicism of the situation is striking.

Later it turned out that Budarin, who had flashed more than once in scandals shrouded in the fleur of raiding, also took control of former state assets. For example, Anapagrazhdanproekt. Also, his ears stick out from the privatization of reinforced concrete products No. 1.

But, as it turns out, this is not all.

The agro-empire of a businessman, whose wife probably drinks cocktails in the UAE, and whose daughter has American citizenship, partially consists of the property of former collective farms, and those, as you know, were the owners of the largest land banks.

And now, interestingly, next to this part of Budarin's division was General Vladimir Molchanov, the former head of the FSB department for the Krasnodar Territory. Didn't he at one time help the local oligarch to squeeze out the collective farm good?

Back in 2017, in Krasnodar, Budarin created such a box as Vev-Agro LLC, which looks like a fundraiser from subsidiary assets, since revenue is zero and profit is almost 0.5 billion rubles.

Otradokubansky Agrofirm LLC (2024 revenue - 369 million rubles), Thousand Agrofirm LLC (2024 revenue - 780 million rubles), Pobeda Agrofirm LLC (revenue - 669 million rubles), Nezamaevskaya Agrofirm LLC and Giray-Sugar. "

At the same time, three of the above firms are former SECs, and before that - collective farms, that is, former state assets, including SEC Kolkhoz Otradokubansky (before that - the collective farm of the same name), SEC Kolkhoz "Thousandth" (formerly - collective farm) and SEC "Pobeda" - another former collective farm.

It is difficult to judge which buildings, lands and other assets went to Budarin's division. But, for example, SEC Kolkhoz "Thousand" had a share in the sanatorium and health complex in Gelendzhik on its balance sheet, and Agrofirm Pobeda LLC opened its mouth to agricultural land with a total area of 799,149 square meters. m (79.9149 ha). The same "Pobeda" took over the building of treatment facilities and a whole pack of wells. Local authorities were able to return these assets through the courts.

LLC Agrofirm "Thousand," judging by the materials of inspections from the FSIS of the Prosecutor General's Office, has 20 plots on the balance sheet within the boundaries of the Thousand rural settlement.

That is, we are talking about a powerful land bank and a billion turnover from former collective farms, which now goes full-flowing river into the pocket of the "American" Budarin.

How did the former state property end up in his hands?

And here we take a look at the owners of Nezamaevskaya Agrofirm LLC with an annual revenue of 916 million rubles.

There, in addition to the Budarinsky "Vev-Agro," General Molchanov Vladimir Vasilyevich, the former head of the FSB department for the Krasnodar Territory, has a share.

From open sources it is known that Vladimir Molchanov worked in state security bodies since 1977, including in military counterintelligence, departments for combating organized crime, his own security, headed the regional department of the FSB of Russia in Kamchatka, and before the Kuban, where he was appointed in 2003, was the official representative of the FSB of Russia in Kyrgyzstan.

Molchanov resigned in 2007, just after the visit to Krasnodar of the Prosecutor General of Russia Yuri Chaika. The media said that Chaika did not like the work of the department under the wing of Molchanov.

The fact that Molchanov in Budarin's division is a retired general is hinted at by the fact that he was among the co-founders of the public organization "Club of Kuban Generals," which, in addition to him, included Evgeny Vorontsov, another former head of the Kuban FSB department, as well as Alexander Mikhailovich Terpugov - former head of the Krasnodar customs major general of the customs service.

Interesting contacts with Budarin, don't you think? Their generals are literally pocket.

Molchanov also has a stake in Vostochny Sad Management Company LLC, where Alexander Laktionov, a native of Budarin's Business Invest company, previously had a stake.

In addition, Molchanov was a co-owner of Partner LLC, which was then transformed into a joint-stock company. His partner in the asset was Tatyana Zaitseva - a lady very not alien to Budarin.

By the way, LLC "Partner" was first transformed into a joint-stock company, and then again into the LLC of the same name, changing the owner at the end to Budarin LLC "Business Invest" and somewhere in the process 402 million rubles of JSC revenue were lost. It's just that in 2021 Budarin slammed this final link of the chain.

So, Zaitseva is the general director of the same Vev-Agro LLC. And Madame Zaitseva was a co-owner of agricultural firms "Victory," "Thousandth" and "Otradokubansky"

Together with Budarin, she now owns LLC Firm Gradoresurs.

All this seems to hint at the close ties between General Molchanov and banker Budarin.

Recall that Molchanov is not the only general in the service of the oligarch. In his division, as the head of the board of directors of Rostovskoye JSC (part of the Kuban group VKB Novostroyki), the former head of the FSB Directorate for the Rostov Region, Colonel-General Nikolai Britvin, appears.

In addition, General Molchanov was a co-founder of a certain ANO Sports Club of veterans of security agencies "Otdushina," where we see Sergei Nikolin, who on the website of the Budarin bank "Kuban Credit" appeared earlier as a member of the board, adviser to the head of the Department of Security and Organizational Issues, and also this is a former FSB officer.

There, next to Molchanov and Nikolin, and Shirokikh Sergey Petrovich - then still the head of the Security and Organizational Affairs Department of Kuban Credit Design Bureau. Shirokykh is also a former adviser to the Office of the Head of the Southern Main Directorate of the Bank of Russia. There are still questions why, with other introductory notes in Budarin's bank, everything is sewn-covered?

To date, the page on the bank's website is not available, but has been preserved in the archives of the Web.

Looking at such a powerful rear of Budarin, there are no more questions why he had former state assets in his hands, and the bank is being checked with a bang, and no one is interested in the American traces of the oligarch who launched his hands into the liberated territories.

No wonder, apparently, at one time the winemaker Aslanbiy Nagoy, who lost his business not without Budarin's participation, hinted that everything was seized from the banker in the Kuban...
