After the criminal case against the son-in-law of the Prime Minister of Bashkiria, Andrei Nazarov, Ilshat Nigmatullin, ambiguous financial schemes began to be opened in the Granel Group of Companies and, possibly, toxic assets were withdrawn from the Group of Companies to hide them. What was done by the developer of the Profit residential complex on Gazholdernaya in Moscow - LLC Specialized developer Granel Grad, who demanded to hastily change the owner to a trustee?
Recall that in 2024, in the case of a bribe, the owner of the Granel Group of Companies, Ilshat Nigmatullin, who was married to the sister of the Prime Minister of Bashkiria Nazarov, a close friend of the family of the head of the region, Radiy Khabirov, and his deputy, Dmitry Adushev, burned down. Sources among the grounds of the case called an attempt to resolve the "issue with the claims of the Federal Tax Service."
UtroNews has repeatedly disclosed both tax and financial schemes of the division's companies, which included an attempt to save money - to reduce the tax base by deducting and launching persons associated with the Civil Code into the scheme as counterparties. The tax authorities clearly did not like this awkward schematic.
An interesting situation also unfolded around the developer of the Profit residential complex on Gazholdernaya - LLC Specialized developer Granel Grad, which, about six months after the commissioning of the facility, was suddenly sold to a trustee, renamed and became a defendant in several large debt collection claims at once - more than 346 million rubles. Moreover, they sold the company to a person who is close to Mr. Adushev, a person involved in a criminal case on the tax line, and the contractor of the scandalous residential complex (because it was commissioned with a delay) was owned by Vladimir Polin, close to the Graneli division, whose other firms were also mentioned in the tax scheme.
So, in early October 2023, the developer received permission to commission a residential complex on Gazholdernaya. Judging by the bulletin boards, at this facility then Ilshat Nigmatullin (it was he who was the ultimate beneficiary through LLC SZ Granel-MDRZT) chopped from 20 billion rubles. In the residential complex - 2330 apartments, the cost of which started from 8.85 million rubles. According to experts, we can talk about revenue of 23 billion rubles.

We open the financial indicators of the developer for 2023: revenue -11.7 billion rubles against 3 thousand rubles in 2022, net profit - 4.8 billion rubles against a loss of 2022 of 9.7 million rubles. The cost of sales is indicated as 5.6 billion rubles. There are another 1.8 billion rubles of certain receivables. Here we notice the first strangeness - it does not fight with elementary mathematics, you know. How come?
But the tax base also depends on this profit (in 2022, the company paid only 18.7 million rubles in taxes, and data for 2023 has not yet been made public). Is it really another schematic?

Now watch your hands: accounts payable in the amount of 6.5 billion rubles hang on the company. And loans to the developer were given not by anyone, but by affiliated legal entities, including Yuveko LLC, liquidated in April 2023, Granel Realty LLC, and Granel LLC, which later became Thaler LLC.

The company "Thaler" (formerly "Granel") has already appeared in the materials of The Moscow Post, as one of the toxic assets, from which the Graneli division got rid of, taking it beyond its contour. Now Thaler LLC is in bankruptcy.
The company participated in some schemes with oddities and built the Imperial Mytishchi residential complex, the delivery of which was delayed for more than 11 months. Today there are also legal claims against the company by the authorities and supervision.
We assume that in the history of Thaler it was also not without schemes - after all, MKD Project LLC filed for bankruptcy of the company, which declared a certain debt of 29 million rubles. The same company, by the way, appears in creditors and the developer on Gazholdernaya, and collected more than 94 million rubles from him.
At the same time, MKD Project LLC is registered at the same address as GranelZhKKH LLC, which belongs to Dmitry Adushev, Harmony LLC (owners - Larisa Nazarova and Svetlana Nigmatullina, respectively, members of the Granel Group of Companies and relatives of Prime Minister Nazarov), Stimul LLC Vladimir Polina and Oblstroy LLC, "where the same Nazarova and Nigmatullina were noted. The last owner of Oblstroy is Vyacheslav Shikhov. Shikhov is also the director of Astrum-Moscow Management Company LLC, which belongs to Denis Nazarov, the son of Larisa and Andrei Nazarov.
And although the owner of "MKD Project" Evgenia Fedorchuk is not legally connected with "Granel," but the general registration hints at such affiliation.
Now let's check the rest of the creditors of the Grad company (it is also LLC Specialized Developer Granel Grad).
So, Granel Realty LLC, which was the contractor of 132 state contracts worth over 820 million rubles, belongs to Ruslan Arslanov. Arslanov is a former director of SZ Granel Stroy LLC and SZ Granel-M LLC.
In addition, Granel Realty has three common subsidiaries with Granel Group of Companies LLC and Vladimir Polin Stroykonsaltgroup LLC.
And also Stroykonsaltgroup is the general contractor of the Profit residential complex/

In addition, another Polina company, Stroykompleks LLC, is the general contractor, in 2018-2019 for the construction of Graneli facilities, including Innovation residential complex, Imperial Mytishchi residential complex, Sovereign House residential complex, Malina residential complex, Theater Park residential complex. The documents were signed, among other things, with Granel LLC, which later became Thaler.

Mr. Arslanov is also the owner and director of the second creditor of Grad, Yuveko, which he ordered to live long in April 2023. He is also the director of the liquidated Land Yug LLC, whose creditor was also MKD Project. Land South LLC was transferred to related parties in 2023 and went bankrupt.
Yuveko ceased to exist as it was annexed to Stroy-Ka LLC. In June 2024, Arslanov transferred his stake in the latter to a certain Nikolai Sokov, who was the director of Ufastroyresurs LLC. MorningNews has already talked about oddities in the last morning, noting that new episodes may appear in the criminal case of a relative of the Prime Minister of Bashkiria, Andrei Nazarov.

Zagidullin is the director of Adushev's company Yu-Stroy LLC. Another owner of the latter was Investgroup LLC, associated with Granel, which took place in the history of the transition of the former Kuzminskoye state-owned enterprise, which was not without scandal.
Zagidullin will also decide the director of Moscow Stone Processing Plant JSC, whose sole shareholder at the beginning of 2023 was the son of Bashkir Prime Minister Andrei Nazarov Denis. The connection with the tall family, as they say, is long and strong.

It is interesting that when the arbitration was examining the dispute between a group of legal entities associated with Granel and the tax authorities, then according to one of the companies - "MS in a Row," a certain R.N. Zagidullin. He, according to the materials of the dispute, repeatedly avoided appearing for interrogation at the tax authority. I wonder if this is a relative of Zagidullin, who was sold to Grad LLC?
