Behind the "strawberry" scandal with a person similar to State Duma deputy Denis Parfenov can be people close to Mikhail Mishustin and his faithful ally Leonid Levin?
According to the UtroNews correspondent, the country has been discussing the "strawberry" scandal for the second week, allegedly occurring within the walls of the State Duma. A video appeared on the Web in which a person who looks like a State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Denis Parfenov is allegedly intimate with a woman of reduced social responsibility right in his office.
Parfenov himself did not bother to refute that he could be on the video. It is really better for him to be silent now - everything will work only to promote the scandal.
There are two aspects to the situation - moral and political. Everything is more or less clear with morality. In the Year of the Family, a married deputy, whose colleagues in every way promote traditional family values, could use the services of a lady of easy virtue. Our taxes go to this. Or maybe the communist is close to the ideals of some radical Bolsheviks, who generally proposed to abandon the traditional relations of men with women - having arranged a sexual revolution.
However, Denis Parfenov is the same convinced communist as an exemplary family man. It seems that all his ideology was enough only to participate in the campaign to denigrate the Russian philosopher Ivan Ilyin. His Parfenov and colleagues, led by the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov, were briskly recorded as "fascists." Whereas earlier Zyuganov himself called Ilyin among the thinkers who had a serious impact on his formation, as individuals and politics.
In general, the consistency and integrity of the representatives of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation has long been well known. The gorgeous state dacha privatized by the same Zyuganov in the Snegiri near Moscow will not let you lie.

It is even more "remarkable" how the defender of traditional values Denis Parfenov turned out to be a family man. The party helped him find his soul mate - the deputy's wife is also a member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, and moved to Moscow along the party line from Magnitogorsk. Only then she was busy with another person - also a member of the party.
According to the press, allegedly Denis Parfenov literally recaptured his future wife from a fellow party member. I.e. it turns out that he could destroy someone else's relationship in order to then be able to cheat on his wife in marriage? However, we repeat, there is no evidence that it is Denis Parfenov on the video. But very similar. What is even more remarkable is that the employee invited by him looks a little like the deputy's wife.
The couple now have two children. What the spouse thinks about the possible adventures of her husband right in the office is unknown. It is not clear what Parfenov himself was thinking about, if he really is on the video. In the very center of Moscow, where every meter is under video surveillance from the FSO, FSB and all other possible services, and departments...
Are Mishustin and Levin behind the attack?
The main question is - if Denis Parfenov is really on the video, then who installed the camera in his office?
"I regard this as a desire to remove from the political field a bright, in every sense, politician," said the head of the Duma committee on family, motherhood and childhood, communist Nina Ostanina. How they defend family values there in the State Duma is clear from this comment alone. But who could need to remove Parfenov from the political field?
Parfenov could have a conflict with the people of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The deputy regularly acts as a critic of the government and its initiatives, which, in his opinion, are anti-people and are accepted to please the oligarchs. Mishustin and Co. are clearly annoyed - especially against the background of a real economic crisis and problems in the implementation of national projects - for which the Cabinet, by the way, also criticized the President.
So Parfenov is a fierce critic of Mishustin. And if the version of the latter's involvement in the scandal has the right to life, then it becomes clear who could "disperse" the scandal in the information space: Mishustin's faithful squire, deputy head of the Government Apparatus Leonid Levin.
Recall that information about the adventures of allegedly Parfenov appeared on Friday afternoon - i.e. just at the time when experienced PR specialists publish this or that information for the greatest coverage.
Immediately after that, she appeared in the well-known telegram channel "Brief" (recognized as a foreign agent on the territory of the Russian Federation). Now it is called "Hedgehog\Diary," but this does not change the essence. Earlier, this telegram channel, like another foreign agent, the Nezygar channel, was attributed to the team of Mikhail Mishustin. As if Leonid Levin, deputy head of the Government Apparatus, could supervise them. He is the founder of the Secret Adviser communication agency, a longtime associate of the Prime Minister and an opponent of the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko.
A few months ago, several videos dedicated to the cases of Mishustin and Levin were released on The Facts YouTube channel. The authors claimed that they could allegedly control the work of the Brief (recognized as a foreign agent on the territory of the Russian Federation) and a number of other large sites. The video was watched by a sufficient number of people to be noticed by the Presidential Administration.
Just after that, the "fuss" began, according to the recognition of the aforementioned channels as foreign agents. By the way, it was not Kiriyenko who could try: Mishustin and Levin themselves could initiate this process in order to demonstrate their non-involvement in the work of these sites. Now that everything has settled down, they continue in the same calm and moderate tone (already under new names) to "kill" opponents Mishustin and Levin, as if nothing had happened.
Perhaps there was no practical sense in the attack on Parfenov at all - discrediting for pure pleasure those who believe that everything is possible for him in the media space, and for this he will have nothing.
Skeletons in a closet and spy mania in Douma
At the same time, Denis Parfenov could be "sealed" for some more serious reasons. Previously, he had a conflict with his fellow deputies - Parfenov criticized the simplified procedure for adopting anti-crisis laws. What this was connected with is a question, only against this background there were rumors about the deputy's US citizenship. Who would be surprised?
The situation reached the point that State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin instructed to check these rumors. Only nothing was reported about its results: apparently, even if the passport of another country was found, the situation was quickly hushed up, because it hits the reputation of the parliament as a whole.
Parfenov has been working in the State Duma since 2016. And until 2015, he was an assistant to another deputy - a well-known communist to all of us, already the former governor of the Irkutsk region, Sergei Levchenko. A lot of scandals, including corruption, were associated with the latter. His son, a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk Region, was found guilty of fraud in public procurement and restriction of competition. And Levchenko Sr. himself became a defendant in the scandal with illegal hunting - well, just like his colleague, deputy Rashkin.
I.e. they're all there - not just big moralists, but big champions of legality, intolerant of corruption. Who would doubt? Denis Parfenov should also be a great lawyer. According to the source, he allegedly has papers at his disposal that may indicate the presence of Denis Parfenov in the information database "Criminals" for 2015 and "Criminal Reports" for 2018, as well as that earlier he could be brought to administrative responsibility.

Apparently, Mr. Parfenov could, at least, conduct illegal events at state institutions. But he and his colleagues urge all others to comply with the Law. As the classic said - nothing new.
The scandal with Parfenov will not pass without a trace. According to rumors, now State Duma deputies and their assistants have begun to look for "bugs" in their offices. Spy mania is gaining momentum, and someone in the Government Office again got a reason to feel like a demiurge: let them be afraid...
