It was the problems of citizens who purchased housing from the companies of the MIC division, which turned out to be clearly not of the quality that they expected, and became the basis for the preparation of the material. There were also complaints about the housing for orphans purchased by the Balashikha authorities from the MIC division - instead of a new building, apartments were allocated, to put it mildly, "not the first freshness." By the way, we are not surprised by the claims that we received from abroad in defense of the Ryabinsky-Kopylkov tandem. Ryabinsky's ex-partner Andrei Bulgakov in his statement accused him of extortion and theft, stating that he allegedly demanded to sell the building on Volgogradsky Prospekt for a couple of million at a real price ten times higher. At what stage this case is not known, but it was rumored that the developer's connection could contribute to its freezing. So among Ryabinsky's acquaintances called the son of Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, as well as the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Moscow Region, Police Lieutenant General Viktor Paukov.
