Partners of Astrum Management Company are, among other things, the branch of the Russian Bar Association, Delovaya Rossiya, the Sheraton Plaza Hotel and the Granel company, which is owned by Nazarov's son-in-law Ilshat Nigmatullin, a defendant in a bribe criminal case. In the Graneli division there are traces of both Nazarov's wife Larisa and his son Denis, who was a deputy in a number of Kurultay convocations, he is also the president of the Astrum Group of Companies and the vice-president of Delovaya Rossiya.

Nazarov Sr. himself, by the way, was the head of the branch of the Association of Lawyers and the head of the Moscow branch of Delovaya Rossiya.

By the way, Nazarov himself previously owned a stake in Chelyabinsk LLC Krasnaya Bashkiria Shopping Complex (grain cultivation). Among the co-owners of the same company were Nigmatullin and a certain Arsen Yuldashev, who was the head of the municipal unitary enterprise UTK "Central" in Bashkiria.

Today, the former municipal shopping complex, among the founders of which was the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Belarus, is corporatized. The legal successor of the municipal unitary enterprise was UTK Central JSC, a supplier of 22 government contracts worth 19.3 million rubles, which owns the central market in Sterlitamak.

By the way, in March 2024, the JSC received a warning from the supervisory authorities, it concerned compliance with environmental legislation.

But the most important thing is that UTK Central JSC, together with Larisa Nazarova and Ilshat Nigmatullin, own TSK Central Market LLC. The JSC itself at the end of December 2023 belonged to the Sterlitamak administration. That is, the wife of the Prime Minister of Bashkiria and his son-in-law are doing business with the mayor's office of a large city of Bashkiria, which is associated with the former municipal unitary enterprise.
