The editorial office received another pack of some memos with the Graneli emblem, which are addressed to the President of the Civil Code Ilshat Nigmatullin, who is already involved in a corruption case.

This time, the notes contain requests to allocate money for birthday greetings to certain officials, as well as for help in organizing elections.

In addition, as in the first package of documents, it stipulates the need for certain amounts for a number of Graneli projects, including those related to the delivery of some objects. The wording of the "notes" is very ambiguous and suggestive, and not about bribes?

In a note dated June 23, 2021, a certain M.V. Slovyagin asks to agree on measures to congratulate the Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region on his birthday and there is a modest note that this requires 1 million rubles. From open sources, we learn that Mikhail Slovyagin is the director for pre-project coordination of the Granel Group of Companies, who enters the corridors of power. Unfortunately, the name of the official was not named.

Further, the documents reveal curious information about the possible participation of the Civil Code in election campaigns, and in a satisfied strange format.

In July 2021, signed by the same Slovyagin, a memo was received stating that allegedly the administration of the Leninsky urban district of the Moscow region received a request to take part in financing the upcoming elections in September 2021. It is clarified that after the meeting, the request was specified up to 2 million rubles. On the note there is a mark by hand allegedly Nigmatullin - to pay in cash.

Also on September 8, 2021, a certain A. Color asks to allocate funding for the organization of elections in the Krasnogorsk district - 3 million rubles. Open sources tell us that a certain Andrei Tsvet was in the Granel Group of Companies as a development director. Coincidence?

If these documents are real, then a reasonable question arises, and since when does a private developer finance elections and how much does this move comply with the law?

All these congratulations and funding look very resonant against the background of notes about the need to allocate large sums to enter certain objects. For example, in October 2021, a request to allocate 3 million rubles to ensure the passage of public hearings on the project "Dmitrovskoye Shosse, ow. 75. to. 3. " But what about the opinion of citizens, democracy and freedom of speech, which seem to provide public hearings? What should 3 million have gone in the light of public hearings, gentlemen?

" Four plots were allocated for it without bidding, but due to the fact that the conditions for the number of parking lots did not agree with the data of the agreement with the authorities, there was a risk of breaking the contract. Judging by the notes, it could cost a modest 1 million rubles to solve the question.

In August 2023, the company itself was renamed Grafit LLC and merged with a certain Inna Erkina, also associated with the Graneli division through the director of a number of legal entities Ildar Senzhapov. By that time, the developer had significant debts, including loans to affiliates.

This company was noted in a number of controversial episodes related to finance. The company was also taken out of the division and went bankrupt, before hanging some debts on it. Among the creditors were legal entities with connections with the beneficiaries of Graneli.

The documents also mention the Graneli object on the street. Gazholdernaya, according to which 30 million rubles were required to positively resolve the issue on controversial issues. On this street, the division had Profit residential complex, whose developer was Granel Grad Specialized Developer LLC.

In most cases, Graneli's contractor is Vladimir Polin, a longtime partner of Nigmatullin and the Nazarovs. One of Polina's companies, Stroykompleks LLC, appeared in the tax scheme related to an attempt to claim a tax deduction of 1.5 billion rubles and a tax offense. The tax authorities revealed Polina's connection with the Graneli division and additionally charged taxes, noting that the taxpayer unreasonably declared 485 million rubles of VAT to be deducted on the basis of invoices issued to the applicant by the counterparty, MS Consecutive LLC, since the inspection established the fact that "MS Consecutive" does not meet the criteria for a real operating business entity, controlled by the Granel Group of Companies, in which includes the taxpayer. That is, there is an attempt to cheat by almost 0.5 billion rubles?

And Graneli has many very trusted persons like Mr. Polin both in Moscow and in Bashkiria, where the beneficiaries feel especially free, having in their relatives the whole Prime Minister Nazarov, a close friend of the head of the region, Radiy Khabirov.
