The developer's lawyers dismiss, the oligarch counts billions of profits and, as they say, waves his hand at everything almost from Europe, where he allegedly left for a long time and for a long time.

If you look at the developer's description of iD Park Pobedy, it sounds like a song. Here you have a club quarter in the prestigious Moscow region, next to the park, and with a bakery and a coffee shop on the ground floor. A kind of combination of comfort and convenience.
In fact: judging by the complaints of residents and photos - the description is nothing more than an advertising picture, but the truth, as always, right at the opposite end of the street.

"Imperfections and poor-quality work everywhere: aluminum wiring, lack of noise insulation, staircases were laid with tiles only up to the 2nd floor, the meters were broken during installation, panoramic windows with defects, rusty balcony railings, it is impossible to install an intercom, the elevator does not work periodically, the tiles are all up in the yard"; ... "We have several clients - owners of apartments in this residential complex. The set of complaints is standard, the examination confirms imperfections. Already 6 courts in favor of our clients, three cases are pending... Project documentation at home, advertising booklets and reality are sooo different! "
Also, a certain Yulia Anichkina reports that the booklets are pure marketing, since, for example, the strollers that were in the booklet, as it turned out, were not even included in the project, allegedly the Ministry of Health said that the premises of the general practitioner's office did not meet building standards, giving a refusal to open the office.
She also writes that the coworking space promised to the tenants has not been commissioned for the fall of 2024, there is no single design in all front buildings, playgrounds are a separate pain, the school and kindergarten were commissioned in violation of the deadlines, the Criminal Code appointed by the developer is another pain of the inhabitants of the residential complex.
Ms. Anichkina writes that the acceptance of the apartment was with 28 points of comments and this is a project without decoration, and the parking lot for 630 places turned out to be 350 with the ability to install a two-level platform, but did not provide for a network connection, the absence of pedestrian fenced paths on the parking lot (it is not safe to move with the child).

Another buyer of housing in a residential complex named Kirill writes that when they arrived to receive an apartment, they went to the object and everything fell: "Even the path in the yard has already failed and this is at the stage of transferring apartments."
He had complaints about both the layout of the apartment and the placement of the risers in the line where.

The developer of the residential complex was LLC SZ EuroInvest Blagodatnaya from the Group of Companies EuroInvest Development. The company was established in 2020 and in 2024 raked in 300 million rubles of net profit with revenue of 1.7 billion rubles.
The owner of the SZ is Euroinvest Select LLC, in which the oligarch Berezin and his longtime partner, part-time director of SZ EuroInvest Blagodatnaya LLC Stanislav Danelyan personally have shares.
By the way, Euroinvest Select LLC in 2024, with zero revenue, showed a net profit of 3.6 billion rubles, since in fact it is exclusively engaged in removing cream from subsidiary assets, and there the grass does not grow!
The same LLC issued "SZ" Euroinvest Ozerki "and LLC" Specialized Developer "Euroinvest Moscow" - developer ID Moskovsky in St. Petersburg, whose building was also commissioned with delays. Despite the fact that the object is also considered a business class, but there are no less complaints about it than about its brother - LCD ID Park Pobedy.

Judging by the arbitration database, not only buyers, but also contractors, who are now forced to knock out debts through the courts, were brought to the ID Park Pobedy residential complex.
Recall that in recent years, the oligarch Berezin has been actively distancing himself from his Russian business, including by taking him to closed-end mutual funds, which do not disclose beneficiaries. At the same time, he is trying to clean up his tracks in rather muddy stories. So, for example, he, together with partners, among whom was Maxim Zhukov, a possible relative of the well-known businessman Vladimir Golubev, who was nicknamed "Barmaley" in the 90s, was the founder of Auditexpert Company LLC. The company itself appeared in a criminal case, which was associated with the muddy purchase of Hewlett-Packard servers, which turned into a withdrawal of $15 million from Russia, since the goods, unlike the advance payment, were never received. The story also revealed a muddy schematic with the participation of the Criminal Code, which now manages the closed-end investment funds, where Berezin's assets were taken away.

It is worth noting that such a free behavior of the oligarch in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region may be associated with his long-standing connections, including with the governor of the Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko. The Fund House management company associated with Berezin also manages a stake in Rus-Kemper LLC, the main owner of which is the daughter of Governor Drozdenko, Yulia Richard.
In the light of Berezin's business history, it seems that he has already banally made legs from Russia, and is simply selling assets, withdrawing them to the cache. Then it is not surprising that he will not care about the problems of home buyers, because the money has already been received from them...
