As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post in Yakutia, such a rise in prices is associated with the low transport availability of the gold deposit.
The success of the project directly depends on the possibility of establishing a special tax regime. But the polymetallic holding Seligdar will increase investments in the Kyuchus field development project by 20% - up to 50 billion rubles. by 2030.
Recall that the joint venture Seligdar and Rostec Group acquired a license for the development of the field for 7.7 billion rubles back in December 2021.
Later Rostec left the project. But Mr. Doev, it turns out, has many problems in doing business, so it is not yet clear whether Dmitry Doev will master the development of the golden Kyuchus?
One Actor Theatre
The Kyuchus deposit is still deeply controversial: on the one hand, due to the demand among market players, since Polymetal, Atomredmetzoloto, Highland Gold, Atom Gold and others showed interest in Kyuchus.
Mr. Doev, the former head of Gazprom Centrremont, the head of the VIS holding, also decided to take on Kyuchus. He perfectly lit up in history with the deliberate bankruptcy of state assets. And at the same time, Rostec Group of Companies planned to take part in the competition in a joint venture with the Seligdar company. RT-Business Development, controlled by Rostec Group of Companies, received 33.3% of White Gold.
The remaining 66.7% of this company belongs to the company "Management of Gold Assets," 51% of which belongs to the company "Seligdar," another 49% belongs to Doev.
By the way, Mr. Doev had to cooperate with the Seligdar company of Sergei Vasiliev earlier.

The names of these "hidalgo" are remembered in the context of the high-profile bankruptcy story of the Energogaz enterprise, a "subsidiary" of Gazprom Centrremont, which played a leading role in the implementation of a large-scale expansion project of the Puginsky UGS in Ugra.
As a result, the implementation of the project turned into accusations of embezzlement and litigation. The bankruptcy was called deliberate, and the first roles in it were played by the beneficiaries of Seligdar Konstantin Beyrit, Sergey Vasiliev and the head of Gazprom Centrremont Doev.

How did Energogaz become a sub-general contractor for the Punginsky UGS expansion project?
This is an interesting question, because the company had neither experience nor technology.
And in 2014, another contract was signed for the performance of the same work - this time between Energogaz and Yugorskremstroygaz. The latter is a subsidiary of Gazprom Centrremont LLC under the leadership of Mr. Doev.
Thus, a "scapegoat" appeared in history, to which everything could be attributed without drawing attention to the customer - Gazprom Tsentrremont LLC.

The result for Yugorskremstroygaz and Energogaz was expected: it was decided to get rid of them.
A certain Megabild LLC filed a bankruptcy claim, which received the right to claim a debt of 100 million rubles under a cession agreement with Antares LLC.
Until August 2017, the founders of Megabild included Maximus LLC, which was a co-founder of Seligdar PJSC.
Among the co-owners of Maximus LLC are Sergey Vasiliev and Konstantin Beyrit. Until the spring of 2019, the participants of Antares LLC were the same Beyrit and Vasiliev.
And in March 2021, with millions of losses, the company was liquidated. Megabild LLC also disappeared, whose losses in 2020 amounted to 75 million rubles.
But given the fact that the point has not yet been put in the bankruptcy case of the Energogaz company, Doev's plans to master the golden Kyuchus may not come true, since Mr. Doev faces the prospect of being brought to subsidiary liability for the debts of the bankrupt company.
Long litigation
There are even more interesting pages in the biography of Mr. Doev, namely the story of how the Novourengoy gas chemical complex of PJSC Gazprom in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug lost 8.2 billion rubles to PF VIS.
And as a result, the Novourengoy Gas Chemical Complex (NGHK) is mired in litigation.
The former general contractor of the project - PF VIS Igor Snegurov (Doev's partner) - managed to prove the multibillion-dollar debts of the daughter of PJSC Gazprom.
And the contractor for the gas chemical complex also presented large requirements for the petrochemical complex.

But Gazprom employees did not recognize the debts. And they declared debt and unjust enrichment of partners.
For protection, the management company, headed by Doev, was ready to send millions of Gazprom rubles to the services of third-party lawyers. And the NGHC continues to lose disputes to its own affiliated structure.
As a result, Gazprom Investproekt achieved recovery from the Novy Urengoy company more than 76 million rubles. for consulting services. Thus, the managers of the NGHK managed to provoke a conflict even with an affiliated structure, losing tens of millions of rubles.
Note that VIS has formed the largest portfolio of projects in the field of public-private partnerships: it led the Olympic construction in Sochi, built capital facilities in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and was engaged in the construction of a bridge across the Ob in Novosibirsk.
Novosibirsk: business-pipe
Mr. Doev's extraordinary "talents" can be told a lot in Novosibirsk: how the VIS group built 7 polyclinics.

The construction concession agreement was concluded in 2018. And it was designed for 10 years. The contract value amounted to 6 billion rubles. The construction was planned to be carried out by the Seventh Concession Company, a subsidiary of VIS. But soon the price of construction increased to 9.7 billion rubles.
The objects were promised to be commissioned in 2021, then in 2022, then in 2023. But where are the clinics? Aw!
One of the largest projects of the VIS group is the construction of the fourth bridge across the Ob Novosibirsk. The start was given in 2017. But towards the end of 2021, they announced an increase in the estimate by 6.5 billion rubles: an error was made in the calculations.
They promised to hand over the bridge by the end of 2022... But the bridge eventually turned into a long-term construction.

An interesting detail: instead of German pipes for the construction of the storm collector of the bridge, VIS uses Turkish ones. They are much cheaper: the company could save almost 500 million rubles.
Conclusion? Mr. Doev, energetically mastering millions within the framework of state orders in Novosibirsk, it seems, can redirect these millions to the Kyuchus gold deposit?
