Gaspar Avdolyan, who became famous for his magnificent wedding with the daughter of the shareholder of MRSEN, and now a defendant in the criminal case, Eldar Osmanov, appeared in the bankruptcy of a large contractor of his father's companies - Tekhweb LLC. But the company's attempts, which previously belonged to Gaspar Avdolyan, raised questions from the court and other creditors. There is an attempt to withdraw 161 million rubles from bankruptcy, because other creditors directly declare the affiliation of the debtor and the creditor?

In September 2024, the Novosibirsk arbitration in the framework of the bankruptcy case of Tekhweb LLC, which conducted activities in the field of road freight transport, demanded that the tax authorities provide information about tax agents submitting to the tax authority from 2019 to 2023 certificates in the form of 2-NDFL, without reflecting the amount of income, in relation to Gaspar Avdolyan and the director of the company - Vitaly Zherebtsov. In addition, all objecting parties are invited to provide detailed written counter-calculations with evidence of their direction to the applicant.
This requirement was set as part of an attempt by A-Vostok LLC to enter the register of bankrupt creditors with an amount of 161 million rubles. The fact is that one of the creditors directly stated the affiliation of Tekhweb and A-Vostok. Did it smell like an attempt to withdraw a large sum from a bankrupt company?

The A-Vostok company, which in February 2024 changed its main activity from catering enterprises to comprehensive room maintenance, was established in 2021 in Moscow. The company's revenue in 2023 amounted to 2.9 billion rubles with a net profit of 410 million rubles. At the same time, the company received several warnings for violation of labor legislation.
Gaspar Avdolyan was the owner of the company for only a few months in 2021, together with his father's longtime partner, which appeared in the Stavropol history of the ruin of a number of factories by Eprem Exuzian.
Since 2021, the company has been transferred to Ivan Ivanovich, an unremarkable and probably acting as a screen.

Ivanov was also previously the owner of August LLC (formerly called Modern High Technologies), which today is owned by Avdolyan Danel Petrovich. This is probably a relative of Albert and Gaspar Avdolyanov.
The fact is that earlier a certain Peter Avdolyan received from the Cypriot company POLOCOM HOLDINGS LIMITED, associated with the oligarch, the company "A-Property Invest" (renamed to LLC "Peter Invest"). The variety of spelling of the surname Avdolyan is a well-known thing. The wife of the billionaire even records herself as Avdolian. Thus, although Gaspar Avdolyan left the A-East owners, Mr. Ivanov may well play on the field of this family. This version is also supported by the court's demand to the company - to disclose the grounds for receiving income by Avdolyan G.A. in 2023 from the applicant.
By the way, the company has some assets in Yakutsk, where Avdolyan Sr. has a whole division, for example, the same PJSC YATEK, Elgaugol.
His bankrupt and debts for billions
The Novosibirsk company Tekhweb was established in 2018, its authorized capital is more than 25.9 billion rubles. In 2023, with revenue of 11 billion rubles, it received a net loss of 2.1 billion rubles. In addition, as of May 2024, the LLC has a tax debt of 1.2 billion rubles.
The bankrupt company also has subsidiaries - LLC "CPR" (transport processing of goods, person involved in the case of self-bankruptcy) and LLC "TZHSK" (construction of railways and bridges). The latter, in turn, also has subsidiaries - VNK LLC (production of decorative and building stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk and shale), Khabarovsk Burvostok LLC (preparation of the site for development and production of minerals, with the exception of oil and gas sites) and LLC "CPR-Vostok" (transport processing of goods).
That is, in fact, we are talking about the bankruptcy of a large division.
At the same time, judging by the materials of the courts, the company really had close relations with the division of Avdolyan Sr. - "Elga." UtroNews spoke about the latter's attempts to become one of the creditors earlier. At the same time, it turned out to be strange: some Elga firms are both debtors and creditors regarding Tekhweb LLC. Another scheme to withdraw billions from bankruptcy?
Belongs to Tekhweb LLC Alexander Budnikov, who through another asset (Interconsulting LLC) can be a business partner of Viktor Nusenkis. In open sources, the latter appears as a Russian-Ukrainian businessman, co-owner and head of the Energo concern, founder of the Donetskstal Metallurgical Plant PrAO group of companies. Coal magnate Nusenkis was mentioned in the light of the ruin of the Kuzbass mine "Zarechnaya."

Whether Budnikov's asset is affiliated with the Avdolyanov family remains to be seen by the court. If this fact is proven, the attempt of the former asset Avdolyan Jr. to recover 161 million rubles will look rather odorous. Although, however, this family is no stranger to appearing in scandals.
Having married the daughter of Eldar Osmanov in 2017, Gaspar Avdolyan was famous for his very expensive wedding. Later, both names began to appear in the history of the collapse of the energy holding MRSEN, whose shareholder was Osmanov, who became a defendant in a criminal case on embezzlement and the withdrawal of billions of rubles abroad by a whole criminal community.
Osmanov disappeared from the investigation, and firms associated with Avdolyan Sr. tried to enter the register of creditors of the energy holding. At that time, an offshore company, Sparkel City Invest LTD, associated with Avdolan, also appeared in history. UtroNews spoke in detail about this story earlier.
Avdolyan Sr. is generally a big fan of offshore pods, which are most often tied to his proxies.
The unsinkability of the oligarch is quite explained by the close connection with the head of Rostec Chemezov, who is a member of the board of trustees of the oligarch's New House fund. Rostec himself went hand in hand all the way to the formation of Avdolyan's business.
By the way, Gaspar Avdolyan also has some connection with Rostec.
Until 2018, he had a stake in Aqua LLC. A business partner in it was also a certain Semak Alexey Yuryevich, who was also a co-founder of CJSC Moscow Representative Office of the Arsenyev Aviation Company Progress. In turn, the Arsenyev Aviation Company Progress is part of the Russian Helicopters division of Rostec.
