The fate of the Ganymede Consult hotel was followed by several dozen "subsidiary" construction companies, including a company participating in a large investment project in the Alabushevo industrial zone.

In mid-November 2024, the son of Capital Group owner Pavel Tyo German transferred his hotel asset, Ganymede Consult LLC, which he had previously received from his father, to the newly created Ferarum JSC. The latter was established in August 2024 and its share has been pledged to Sberbank since May 2024. This may indicate some kind of credit financing.

JSC "Ferarum" itself hides the founders, but through the director - Pavel Davydenko, it is connected precisely with the Te division.
Earlier, Davydenko repeatedly crossed paths with the legal entities of the division. For example, since 2021 he has been the director of Sigma Management LLC, whose beneficiary at that time was German Te (through a legal entity).
In addition, Davydenko is still the director of Pulsarinvest LLC, which is 50% owned by German Te.

Moreover, Ferarum JSC is registered at one address and with another freshly created, in June 2024, the company is Fadum LLC, which is also managed by Davydenko. The asset belongs to the closed-end investment fund, under which in the last year the Te division has actively begun to withdraw its legal entities.
An interesting fact: in 2024 Davydenko bought several assets, where offshore companies were previously the owner. For example, LLC SK Stroyklassik and LLC Stroyresurs, which were previously owned by the Cypriot Evalaro Trading and Investments Limited. At the same time, the offshore is quite operational today. Perhaps this is another box of Te?
But back to Ganymede Consult LLC.
Although the LLC itself is unprofitable and in 2023 showed a net loss of 1.5 billion rubles, it has a subsidiary legal entity - Sigma Holding LLC. The parity co-owner of the latter is the PIK group of Sergei Gordeev (through Pik-Investproekt LLC).
Surprisingly, the subsidiary also showed a loss of 9.8 billion rubles. In our opinion, it looks as if funds from firms were withdrawn somewhere. Isn't it offshore?

In turn, Sigma Holding LLC has 16 companies on its balance sheet, including the construction LLC SZ Lyublino Parking, which is building the Lublin Park residential complex and is legally listed as part of the PIK division.
At the same time, these firms also have their own subsidiaries, that is, in fact, a huge layer of legal entities was withdrawn from the boundaries of the Te division. At the same time, the shares of PIK in these firms remained, only the Te family went into the shadows.
But the most interesting thing is that it is Sigma Holding LLC that is a co-owner of Alabushevo-Capital LLC (together with Prenter LLC), from where the government SEZ Technopolis Moscow JSC came out in August 2024.
In March 2024, in Prenter LLC, the Te division hid its interests behind the closed-end investment fund. Since September 2024, a tiny share in Prenter LLC has appeared at Velna, where Pavel Te has a share.

Shares in Alabushevo-Capital are pledged to Sberbank and, probably, it is Gref's bank that finances a large-scale investment project.
At the disposal of Sergei Sobyanin from 2021 on the construction of a complex of buildings of a technological industrial park on the territory of the Alabushevo industrial zone, it was for Alabushevo-Capital LLC that there were three plots in Zelenograd intended for the project.
Participation in the project itself is guaranteed bonuses and buns from the authorities, in particular, a delay of 6 years and rental benefits for plots for housing construction in other areas. Tempting jackpot for property developer Te, isn't it?

But it seems that the project is being implemented with creak and stumbles. So, in 2023, Alabushevo-Capital was a co-defendant at the suit of the Moscow government. The participants in the investment project demanded 37.8 million rubles in forfeit for non-fulfillment of a number of obligations from the agreement. At first, the arbitration satisfied the claim partially, but then it was canceled.
Perhaps these complex castles in the ownership chain of Alabushevo-Capital LLC are somehow connected with this project. Not from scratch, the lion's part of the Te division was taken to the shadows. Although perhaps he is preparing an alternate airfield?
Pavel Te is not only a developer who is given tidbits of urban land, which are then often crushed and resold with significant margins, but also a big fan of offshore companies and abroad. Earlier, UtroNews already talked about the fact that Brachium was registered for her husband, Olga Karput-Tho and Tho's children in France, for which several apartments in Paris were registered. They were purchased for a mortgage taken from a foreign bank.
In addition, Te is very loyal to offshore. In particular, it is associated with a number of Cypriot firms, including those that have not changed their registration to Kaliningrad and are quite operational. For example, "C. ay. ti. Capital Investments Limited, "whose Moscow office is located in the" City of Capitals, "built by the Te division. This offshore company through the director - ANNA KRUSTKALN is associated with a dozen other Cypriot companies, including SUPPERSTONE HOLDINGS LIMITED, which lit up next to the Te division.
Taking into account such love, the transfer of assets to the closed-end investment fund, as is already happening, as well as the withdrawal from the screens, looks very suspicious. Will you later have to look for money from a pro-government investment project in warm Cyprus or Paris?
